I had a fantastic experience with Victory Van Corporation while moving from DC to Denver this year.
During my initial consultation I talked with Paul. Paul FaceTimed me and we did a walk through of my apartment to gather a list of inventory. After that, he gave me a quote based off of my inventory which was the EXACT amount that I paid via cashier's check on receipt of my stuff in Denver.
After chatting with Paul, I was contacted by Amy who was my moving coordinator. Amy was helpful in answering all of the pre-move questions that I had and checked in with me during the move and after the move to make sure that everything went smoothly.
Lastly, I was contacted by Michelle who was my driver. Michelle was FANTASTIC. Michelle called me a few days before pick up to confirm we were all set with loading dock, parking, etc. Michelle showed up on time for both pick up and delivery and in both cases Michelle and her crew were extremely fast and got in and out of my apartment in less time than we had originally expected. For my next move, I am going to go out of my way to try to get Michelle as my driver again.

Victory Van Lines of Alexandria, VA when moving out
of our Charles Town, WV home in Aug of 2019.
The shipment was destined for Costa Rica w/ storage
in your warehouse for up to a year.
No need to bore you with the details, but
needless to say I was ready to let the better
business bureau & social media know of my
experience but I am ever so glad I held off until
trying to straighten it out (for the 2nd time); once
at the Sterling Warehouse (unsuccessful) and then
again yesterday at your warehouse.
I cannot compliment your staff enough. On
the warehouse floor - Bonnie Murphy & her crew
were true pros. She understood the need to
accurately document each box contents, together we
found many errors in labeling & in some case
opened packages that had no labels on them in order
to identify for customs officials. They worked
diligently to correct the problems that occurred
during the original packing phase of this
move.
Their professionalism is noted & you should
feel lucky to have such a staff working for
you. It was a long day & they got it
done. My shipment will not sit in the customs
office in Costa Rica for 6 months trying to
clarify. I sincerely thank them & their
work ethic.
